No new technology to build, no code to learn. What you need is someone who can spot the problem worth solving and implement the right AI system for it. That's the gap we close.
Bryan Henderson
Co-founder
Bryan has spent his career turning ambitious ideas into organisations, systems, and teams that actually work.
He's led across construction, education, churches, and the not-for-profit sector, building businesses, managing complex projects, growing partnerships, and helping organisations move from vision to execution. At Laiyer Two, he works at the intersection of strategy, operations and AI, identifying where intelligence can sit inside a business to remove friction, improve decisions, and give people more capacity to do the work that matters.
Usually found connecting dots, connecting people, or asking why a process still needs to be that hard.
Olivia Neville
Co-founder
Olivia has spent fifteen years getting companies in front of customers, and building the teams that close them.
She's launched brands like Peloton in Australia, and spent enough time in startups to know how often tools and AI get bolted on, rather than identifying the actual problem and building processes that fit the business. So the work is making people better at what they already do, instead of replacing them with AI.
Usually found at Bronte Beach.
Josh Turansky
Co-founder
Josh builds operating systems for organisations that have to work in the real world: food networks, churches, schools and companies learning to put AI into their actual workflows instead of bolting on another dashboard.
He's a serial founder and organisational architect: designing the roles, processes, and software so teams can move faster without losing the judgment that makes the work human. The through-line is the same whether he's shipping product or pastoring in Baltimore. He helps people and institutions unlock what they're already capable of.
Usually found turning messy operations into something a team can run.
Pietro Bonomo
Co-founder
Pietro has been selling online since 1999, when e-commerce in Italy was still a rumour.
He founded Marketing Hackers, an R&D lab that builds AI marketing tools, and has worked with more than 100 companies on how they win customers. His own business runs on seven AI agents working around the clock, and he has trained thousands of people on marketing and automation, with coverage in Corriere della Sera, Il Sole 24 Ore and Sky TG24 along the way. At Laiyer Two he builds what sits underneath: the agents, the procedures and the sites that let AI do real work for a business.
Usually found teaching an AI agent a job he used to do by hand.
